Refunds and cancellation

What you pay

The Political Values Dossier costs US$1.90 for the 60-statement edition or US$4.90 for the 288-statement edition. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you pay once when you place the order, nothing renews automatically, and you are not charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order before your Dossier is delivered, write to [email protected] with your order number and we refund it in full. Delivery normally takes 15–30 minutes, so write as soon as you can. There is no subscription to cancel, because nothing renews.

Refunds

We refund the full price if:

• we could not build or send your Dossier within 48 hours of payment (we refund these automatically);
• you were charged twice for the same answers (write to us);
• it never reached you and sending it again does not help;
• the PDF is missing, does not open or is incomplete and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of you telling us.

Apart from that right, a delivered Dossier is refunded only in the cases listed above. If something else went wrong, write to us anyway and we will look at your case.

Your right of withdrawal

The Dossier is digital content made from your own answers and sent by email. We start building your Dossier as soon as you pay. If the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase (14 days in the EU and the UK, 7 days in Brazil), write to us within that time with your order number and we refund the full price. Wherever you live, you can cancel before your Dossier is delivered and get a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to the Dossier email or write to [email protected] with your order number. We answer within 2 business days. You can also ask Waffo for a refund, from the order confirmation Waffo emailed you or at pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login. Waffo sends the request to us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. The money usually reaches your card in 3–10 business days.

A charge you do not recognise

Charges for our tools may appear on statements as WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE, because paid purchases are sold through Waffo. If you see one you do not recognise, write to [email protected] with the date and the amount. Writing to us first is usually faster than a card dispute, and it does not take away your right to dispute the charge with your bank.

The free test

The test, your result page and the rest of the site are free and take no payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
